1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and enrolling in the Certified AI Systems Governance & Security Professional (CAISG) program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, templates, and the CAISG certification badge, are the intellectual property of CAISG. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display these materials without explicit written permission.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment for the CAISG Certification is due at the time of enrollment. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided that you have consumed less than 20% of the course material and have not attempted the certification exam. Enterprise licenses are subject to the terms outlined in their specific Master Services Agreement.

4. Certification and Exam

The CAISG Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of the final exam with a passing score of 80% or higher. If you fail the exam, you may retake it immediately with no cooldown periods. The certification is valid for the period stated upon issuance and may require continuing education to maintain.

5. Limitation of Liability

The CAISG program provides educational training on systems architecture and AI governance. It does not constitute formal legal counsel, financial advice, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or materials.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CAISG operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
